The K-Force OS-99 is 3-D forged AL2014 and precision CNC machined to an extreemly light weight and then re-enforced with a uni-directional (UD) carbon weave that is bonded using Carbon Structural Integration (CSI), that permanently bonds carbon to alloy, to create a true hybrid product, with many of the benefits of both materials. To further reduce weight the OS-99 uses 4 titanium bolts on the face plate and 2 titanium bolts to tighten it to the steer tube.
