Shipping and Handling
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will ship the same day. We process orders and ship all USPS orders on Saturdays, UPS doesn't ship on Saturday, it will go out Monday morning. No shipping on Sundays and Holidays If the Post Office is open we're shipping.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES
Orders placed before 2 pm Central Standard Time will ship the same day. USPS orders placed on Saturday by 2 pm will ship that day. UPS orders will ship Monday morning.
For standard shipping, orders will typically arrive in 2-5 business days.
For economy shipping, orders will typically arrive in 2-6 business days.
Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on shipping volume or other circumstances, like weather or COVID-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email or phone.
Our web store will compute correct shipping charges for domestic shipping within the United States. You will have several shipping options to choose from through United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS). With USPS, we use delivery confirmation with domestic shipping and packages are insured.
Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out, it will compute the correct shipping charges for you and present you with your list of shipping options. If you put some items in your shopping cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
If your order exceeds a certain amount, as periodically advertised on our sites, you may qualify for free shipping. For example, we may offer free shipping on orders over $50. Free shipping offers are applied to the order total after any promotions or credits are applied. If this option is available, you will see it advertised on our sites and the available free shipping method will be pre-selected at checkout for your convenience.
Signature Waiver: On the shipping page during checkout, you may have the option for Signature Waiver.
If you select Signature Waiver: The shipping carrier will be directed to deliver your package without a signature being required. This option is not available for International addresses, orders which include HazMat items, and when the payment method is Paypal.
If you do not select Signature Waiver: You may be required to sign for your package upon delivery.
